Breast Health Patient Navigator Program
The Mercy Regional Breast Center has recruited Certified Breast Health Navigator(s) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of breast care/cancer services through quality and excellence in the navigation of a breast patient through their imaging and/or cancer care and treatment. The Breast Health Navigator(s) will coordinate community breast health education and awareness, treatment, access to care, translation services, rehabilitation, case management and counseling while increasing breast cancer screening rates among un/underinsured African American and Hispanic women.
