How to Apply for Funding

The Community Grant Application deadline has passed for 2013-2014

Please contact Pam Bartel for additional questions at 608-836-1083 or grants@komensouthcentralwi.org to receive information about the Komen Affiliate grant program, including announcements, Request for Application (RFA) information and networking event information. To be eligible to apply for a Komen Community-Based Grant, your organization must be:

• A federally tax-exempt entity — nonprofit organization, government agency, educational institution or Indian tribe.
• Located in Dane, Rock, Sauk , Dodge and Iowa Counties.  Columbia, Green and Jefferson will be added in 2013.
• All programs must be specific to breast health and/or breast cancer
