Would you like to help plan the 2015 Race for the Cure?
Join our 2015 Race for the Cure Committee. This is a fun group that meets once a month from September until Race day. Check out some of our subcommittees by clicking on the links below. These links show the job descriptions for the various subcommittee chair positions, but they give an idea of what each committee does. If you are interested in joining this great committee, or are in need of more information, please contact Race for the Cure Coordinator, Allyson Crowley.
More than thirty years ago, Nancy G. Brinker promised her sister that she would do everything possible to put an end to breast cancer. Today, thanks to more than 100,000 survivors and volunteers/activists, Susan G. Komen is the world’s largest, most progressive grassroots organization fighting breast cancer.
Volunteers play a vital role in the Susan G. Komen South Central Wisconsin Race for the Cure®. Their passion and commitment is what makes our Race so successful. This disease has touched so many people, either through their own personal experience or that of a loved one. Will you join our passionate fight by volunteering on Race day?
